Pelješac
Peljesac is the largest peninsula in Dalmatia and is situated in Dubrovacko-Neretvanska county.
Trademarks of the peninsula are noblemens villas, colorfull churches and high quality red wines (Dingac and Posip).
Rich and diverse offer of accommodation ranging from hotels, camps, villas to private accommodation in small towns you
will make up your mind easily. In mountain regions of the peninsula you ca enjoy in hunting, and when you get down
to the coast in the vicinity of Orebic there is a beautifull bay where you can sail and enjoy the view of Korcula.
Be sure to photograph forts along the strip that connects the peninsula to the mainland, go to Ston and try delicious
clams and other seafood specialties, take a ferry to Korcula and discover countless hidden beaches and bays, hidden in
pine forrests, and when you get tired stop by a restaurant or a wine cellar and enjoy a good dinner and a glass of good
wine.
Larger towns on the peninsula are: Orebic, Trpanj, Kuciste, and from smaller villages we would like to mention
Malo Selo, Drace, Tomislavovac, Oskorusno, Ruskic Selo, Dingac, Luka, Duba and Putnikovici.
