The stone ruin is located in the small bay of Zace ja in the southeastern part of the island, which looks towards Lastovnjaci, a group of islets and rocks.
Zace is uninhabited, there are a couple of abandoned stone houses and ruins in the bay.
The bay is narrow and open to the sea, so in the summer months it is safe from the South.
At the bottom of the cove is a small pebble beach, while the rest of the cove is rocky.
Zac can be reached by a 20-minute drive along a small road from Lastovo, so that part is isolated from the rest of the island and surrounded by untouched nature with olive fields.
The house is in ruins, only the outer stone walls remain.
The house has a floor plan of 62 m2 and had a ground floor and a first floor, so it is possible to restore the house in its original form in the same dimensions.
There is no land around the house, only in front there are landings that were once used for spreading nets, so that it can be used as a terrace in front of the house and ask for a concession for the coast and a boat mooring and thus arrange access to the sea and the beach.
The house is located a few meters above the sea and has an open view of the open sea.
There is no electricity or water, the house had a cistern, but it needs to be renovated.
The road and access by car is located about 20m above the house.
This is a rare and special property for all those who love seclusion and the Robinson way of enjoying the wonderful surroundings and the special island of the Nature Park.
